The Co-Liv Tech Community exists to empower both coliving operators and technology providers. By creating a moderated and safe environment designed to foster an innovative dialogue, the Tech Community strives to enable the broader coliving ecosystem and in the process grow the reach and revenue streams of our technology partners.
Coliving operators can leverage the Tech Community as an accountability mechanism the quality of service received by the technology providers. The Tech Community becomes a means to celebrate success, voice concerns about disservice, and amplify the wants and needs of coliving operators, all with the goal of increasing the efficiency of operations.
Technology providers can leverage the Tech Community to gain access to a map of the technology stack used by each coliving operator and truly understand their pain points. The Tech Community will be a way for technology providers to identify potential opportunities, create and refine their product strategy, as well as spearhead integrations.
